The Brella Co. Presents
Discipline of Distance
A yearly endurance event for purpose, community, and impact.
NEXT EVENT NOVEMBER 2026
Recap (2025)
In November 2025, we completed the first-ever Discipline of Distance — a 40-mile coastal run from Seal Beach to San Clemente. What started as a personal challenge quickly turned into something bigger: a community moving with intention, discipline, and heart.
This first run wasn’t just about distance — it was about purpose.
We ran to raise awareness and support for mental wellness and suicide prevention through:
Angel Force USA
Suicide Sprint Challenge Foundation
Every mile represented someone fighting a battle we may never see — veterans, families, and individuals navigating the weight of mental health, struggle, and silence.
Some ran the full route, others joined for a segment, and many supported by crewing, volunteering, documenting, or simply showing up to cheer. Every role mattered — every contribution was part of the movement.
The Future
(2026 and Beyond)
Discipline of Distance is now an annual event. Each year, we return to the coastline to run the same distance and continue building a tradition rooted in discipline, courage, and community impact.
Next event: November 2026
Full route and schedule will be released in early 2026.
